twinkle.cpp: Added missing data except for encrypted dongles (1st, club, substream). (#7833)
* Added all missing hard disk and CD images.
* Replaced CD images marked as bad dumps.
* Added dongle dumps for 2nd style through 8th style, replacing hand-crafted data for 4th and 5th.
